SirenUA ("we", "our") is deeply committed to protecting user privacy. This document explains the minimal technical information required to operate the SirenUA application and website, and how that information is secured.
2. Data Collection & Processing
User Preferences
- Selected province or districts for push alert targeting
- Custom sound profiles and critical alert settings
- Email address (only when voluntarily submitting a support inquiry)
Technical Identifiers
- Anonymous Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) device token
- Device model and iOS operating system version (for crash diagnostics)
Location Data
- Location is requested strictly with your explicit permission when accessing the Shelter Finder tab.
- Your exact coordinates are never sent to or stored on our servers.
- Historical location tracking is never collected or retained.
3. What We Do NOT Do
- ❌ We never sell or share user data with third parties
- ❌ We never display commercial advertisements or tracking cookies
- ❌ We do not profile or monitor individual users
- ❌ We never log personal movement history
4. Data Storage & Security
All user preferences are stored securely on your local device. Deleting the application immediately removes all locally cached configuration files.
